PhD in Law from the Lisbon University Law School, he is Law Professor and Director at the Lisbon University Law School and Lecturer at the European University Law School, in Lisbon, and at the Lusíada University, in Luanda.

Eduardo is also a Lecturer in the post-degree courses of the Agostinho Neto University, in Luanda, within the scope of the cooperation between the latter and the Lisbon University Law School, in Masters and Post-Graduation Courses.

He is a member of several associations, including the Portuguese and Angolan Bar Associations, the International Bar Association and the European Association for Educational Law and Policy (ELA), being part of the board of the Portuguese Association for Educational Law. He integrates the Editorial Council of several legal and scientific magazines.

He was the Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of the Bank Millennium Angola and a legal trainer of UNESCO for the strength of Democracy and Human Rights in Africa. He was also a Deputy-Chairman of the General Meeting of Portugal Telecom
